The AFC Championship is really the game of the week, as Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens host Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs. Baltimore is coming off of a dominant palm over the Houston Texans, while the Chiefs upset the Bills in Buffalo in what was Mahomes’ first- ever postseason road launch, not counting Super Bowls.

” Look for both quarterbacks to play well, but I suppose the postseason experience for Mahomes will shine through. Look for the Chiefs to advance to another Super Bowl as Mahomes has some late- game magic to win it.”

” I just suppose the Ravens are in a much advanced class than the Chiefs and honestly, anybody differently in the AFC and indeed the 49ers on the other side. I suppose that they’re the stylish platoon in the league right now, which they proved against the 49ers a many weeks back. Their offense did a great job conforming to that extreme Houston blitz last week. Houston came in with a great game plan to decelerate down the Ravens offense, and it worked for a little bit, and also they fully destroyed them once that game got going. So really showed me indeed if you bring in a good game plan, they can overcome it, they can make some adaptations, and I suppose they will be suitable to do that against Spagnuolo then. They are top three in yards per rush and yards per pass in the regular season, they can attack the Chiefs’ weaknessvs. the run then. And the Chiefs are 28th in interception rate, they couldn’t pick off Josh Allen last week. Baltimore’s offense top three in interception rate, so probably to cover the ball. Not going to be any dumb plays that swing the game unless you just get unlucky on a bobble. ” The Chiefs offense has started to click over the last many weeks, which is an encouraging sign for the ballot overall, but I do not believe it’s going to help propel them to another Super Bowl appearance. Why? Because they have not faced a defense like the Ravens to this point. Sure, they equaled 7.7 yards per play against the Bills in the divisional round, but that protective unit has been devastated by injuries. Baltimore is a different quality. The Ravens rank first in the league in points per game allowed(16.5), sacks( 60) and takeaways( 31). The Chiefs also moved the ball thanks largely to knob plays, engraving a season-high eight plays of 20 or further yards against Buffalo. This season, the Ravens have allowed the ninth- smallest 20- plus yard plays and the third- smallest 25- plus yard plays.
” One of the big X factors for this Chiefs offense this postseason has been Rashee Rice, who did feel halted during that palm over the Bills aswell.However, there may not be important Patrick Mahomes can do to move the football, If he is lower than 100 and the Ravens can emplace safety Kyle Hamilton on Travis Kelce.
” As for Baltimore’s offense squaring up against Kansas City’s defense, I suppose Lamar Jackson can do damage with his legs. They just let Josh Allen rush for 72 yards and two touchdowns last weekend, and I can see Jackson having a analogous impact on the ground. The Ravens are also 6- 1 ATS in Jackson’s last seven thresholds.”

For the first time in his career, Lamar Jackson is going to be playing in the AFC Championship game, and if he wants to win, all he’s going to have to do is beat the joe who’s been to the AFC title game so multitudinous times that the NFL is presumably just going to name it after him Patrick Mahomes. ” The one thing I formerly know I’m going to love about this game is that we’re surely going to see a shirtless Jason Kelce pounding beers while eating growler galettes.
